How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of free access with up to 3 urges per day. No payment information is required to start. After 7 days, you can upgrade to continue using UrgeLock.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a premium plan. If you choose not to upgrade, you can still access the app but won't be able to use the urge control features until you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Contact us at [email protected] for cancellation requests.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. We never store your payment card details.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time purchases. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
